One thing that my partner and I really appreciated about Nash is that we never felt pressured by him. He would always lay out information (quality of a remodel, how much interest a home was getting, etc) and what he thought would happen (what he thought would be a competitive offer, etc). It was always clear that Nash wanted us to be absolutely excited and comfortable with any offer we made. He made it very clear that the process could go very slowly. Importantly, Nash was clear that he was happy to work with us for as long as it took to find our perfect house. Luckily, the process went very quickly for us. I don't know how common this is, but we were under contract within 2 weeks of first talking to Nash. While Nash is low pressure and laid back with his clients, he is also extremely quick to respond, very fast with all the time-sensitive questions, forms etc., and would immediately spring into action whenever we had a question or we needed to take next steps. He was completely on top of the very fast Bay Area Real Estate market. Overall, we are super grateful for Nash's guidance in putting together our offer, getting into contract, all the way through closing. We always felt that Nash was laser focused on making sure everything went smoothly. We got timely updates throughout the entire process (during the offer period, ensuring that all the inspections-appraisals happened on time, making sure the seller communicated clearly with our lender and the escrow company, etc.).
